1. Data Controller

The data controller is PRAGOINTER – OCEL s.r.o., registered office at Nad Petruskou 3/2280, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, Company ID: 25633333, VAT ID: CZ25633333 (hereinafter the "Controller").

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as personal data processing is not its core activity and does not reach the scale requiring appointment under Art. 37 GDPR.

2. Personal Data We Process

2.1 Data from the contact form and email communication

When you fill in the enquiry form or communicate with us by email, we process:

• First and last name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message / enquiry content (including technical material specifications)
• Attachments (drawings, technical documentation)

2.2 Automatically collected data (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)

When visiting www.pragointer.cz, we automatically process the following data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console:

• IP address (anonymised)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited and visit duration
• Visit source (search engine, direct access, referral)
• Geographic location (region/country, not precise address)
• Search keywords (in anonymised form)

Google Analytics data is anonymised — IP addresses are truncated before storage. Data is stored on Google LLC servers in compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

3.1 Processing enquiries and business communication

Purpose: Responding to enquiries, preparing price quotations, concluding and fulfilling purchase contracts.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Retention period: For the duration of the business relationship and 10 years thereafter in accordance with tax and accounting regulations.

3.2 Analytical data (Google Analytics 4)

Purpose: Website traffic analysis, content improvement and user experience, performance measurement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the Controller in improving the website and online presence.

Retention period: 14 months (default GA4 setting, data is continuously aggregated).

3.3 Google Search Console

Purpose: Monitoring website performance in Google search, technical optimisation.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. GSC does not process visitors' personal data — data is aggregated and anonymised by Google.

4. Cookies

The website www.pragointer.cz uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser.

Essential cookies

Ensure basic website functionality. No consent required.

Analytical cookies (Google Analytics 4)

Used for traffic analysis. Activated only with your consent (cookie banner). You may withdraw consent at any time in cookie settings.

Google Analytics operator: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection for transfers to the USA.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to:

• Google LLC — within Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console services (anonymised data)
• IT service providers — website hosting provider (Endora.cz / Hostinger), to the extent necessary for website operation
• Public authorities — where required by law (tax authority, courts)

6. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access to it
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of data when the processing purpose has ceased
• Right to restriction of processing — in cases stipulated by law
• Right to data portability — receive data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

We will respond to your request within 30 days. In justified cases, the deadline may be extended by a further 60 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

7. Personal Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction:

• Data transfer via encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS)
• Access to personal data restricted to authorised personnel only
• Email communication with enquiries stored in a secure email system

8. Changes to This Policy

The Controller reserves the right to update this policy. The current version is always available at www.pragointer.cz/en/legal. The date of the last update is stated in the document header.
